Genevieve N. Johnson Senior Day Care Center is proud to offer its Extended Day Care Program, designed to provide additional support, engagement, and care for DC seniors and their families beyond the traditional day program.
This program offers a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where seniors can remain active, connected, and engaged through recreation, wellness activities, nutritious meals, companionship, and meaningful community connection.
Tuesdays & Thursdays Starting Tuesday, July 7, 2026 Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
$25 per drop-in session or $175 per month (save $25) Payment is due at the time of enrollment.
Open to DC residents age 60 years and older.
GNJ’s Extended Day Care Program includes a wide range of engaging, wellness-centered, and supportive services designed to help seniors thrive.
GNJ may provide safe and reliable transportation to and from the center for eligible participants. Please call to learn more about transportation availability and registration details.
